Success stories

VÍTKOVICE relies on MAGMA5 for Heavy Castings

The foundry of VÍTKOVICE Heavy Machinery a.s. produced the heaviest steel casting in its history, which was successfully shipped to the customer in spring 2013: a large steel frame (6.49 x 6.49 x 2 m, GS 20Mn5) for a high-speed forging machine. MAGMA5 was used for the simulation and optimization of the casting process.
