• Statistical design of experiments
• Methodical approach using optimization
• Generation of parametric geometries
• Systematic work using the assessment perspective
• Introduction into the autonomous optimization with MAGMASOFT^®.

In high pressure die casting, the training also includes the following advanced topics:

• Simulation of the shot chamber including the dosing phase
• Spraying
• Calculation of the flow path within the thermal control channel
• Simulation of the ejector forces (in combination with the MAGMAstress module)
• Heat treatment considering the influence of gravity
