International Steel Casting Conference 2022
Dear Sir or Madam,
The participants of the three previous International Steel Casting Conferences in 2010, 2014 and 2018 organized by MAGMA, as well as our customers have encouraged us to organize a 4th event for key persons in the international steel foundry industry and steel casting users. The conference is intended to be a platform for exchanging the current state-of-the-art and experiences in steel casting design, manufacturing and related business aspects. To guarantee an open and fruitful exchange among all participants, invitations will exclusively be sent to key persons from steel foundries and casting users worldwide.
Steel castings play a vital role in industries around the world. In our global marketplace, application related design, innovative casting technology, robust quality systems, and effective manufacturing routes make the difference.
We are convinced that steel castings have an excellent future. Also, even if the competition amongst materials and new processes is continuously increasing, steel foundries always find creative solutions to find new applications. This requires that developments expand the boundaries of the material and manufacturing processes. Increasingly, customers expect steel foundries to provide value-added process steps, robust supply as well as smart transport and logistics.
We are pleased to have already received interest from recognized speakers from all over the world. As usual, well-known material specialists, researchers, and casting users will contribute to this conference.

The conference will take place on October 18-19, 2022 in Munich at the

The conference fee is 400.00 EUR.
The conference fee includes participation in the conference, hand-outs, lunch on both days, refreshments, and dinner on Tuesday evening, October 18, 2022.
Please submit your registration before September 01, 2022 on our landing page REGISTRATION.
After your registration you will receive a personal invoice for the payment of the conference fee by no later than September 01, 2022, unless requested differently.
Reimbursement of cancellations after September 01, 2022 will not be possible.
ACCOMODATION
Attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations.
A contingent of rooms has been reserved from October 17-19, 2022 at the conference hotel Holiday Inn Munich - City Centre under the name “ISCC” until August 18, 2022.

THE VENUE
The International Steel Casting Conference 2011 will take place in Munich, the capital city of Bavaria, is one of the most attractive cities of the world, known for its architecture, its vibrant cultural scene, its museums and the annual Oktoberfest. Munich’s ability to stay at the forefront of technological developments and maintain its cultural heritage is often summarized as a city of “laptops and lederhosen”.
The conference will take place at the Holiday Inn Munich - City Centre, next to the famous Deutsches Museum, the world largest science and technology museum and in walking distance to the city center of Munich.
