Individual development is a matter of course for us. This may involve attending seminars or completing e-learning courses. If you want to broaden your linguistic horizons, you can take a specific language course - we offer English in-house - during your working hours. This also includes reflecting with your manager on where your development should go and what skills are required. This will then result in a wide range of measures tailored to your needs, including on-the-job training as well as taking on new, more complex tasks, training colleagues or attending internal and external training events.
Our company doctor visits us regularly and we organize voluntary check-ups or vaccination campaigns for you. We also offer you a company pension scheme. With a height-adjustable desk and an ergonomic office chair, your workplace is ideally equipped for a healthy working day. We don't neglect sports either - once a week there is the MAGMAmove exercise workshop and whenever possible we like to take part in company runs in our region.
Enjoy a coffee or tea with your sandwich in the coffee kitchen on your corridor in the morning, or head to our bistro or the roof terrace at lunchtime to relax and enjoy your salad or the food you've brought with you - all free of charge. Coffee, water, juices and soft drinks are of course free of charge!
Family activities where we all get together - with or without partners and children - and get to know each other outside of work are also very important to us. Regular events such as Christmas parties and summer parties, team-building activities and joint activities organized by MAGM employees themselves ensure personal interaction beyond the workplace.
All these points are all well and proper, but what really counts is the daily interaction and cohesion between us MAGMers.
