My career at MAGMA
- I became aware of the MAGMA stand at the Night of Companies 2014.
- I had previous experience with a software component from my Bachelor's thesis. After my unsolicited application, I was offered a job - it was exactly what I wanted to do! I have been a full-time MAGMAner since April 2015.

- MAGMA offers a wide range of opportunities for personal development. I have scope here to make a difference and achieve a lot.
- There are larger and smaller projects; I have already been responsible for one large project as project manager.

My career at MAGMA
- Apprentice as a software developer at MAGMA in various teams and projects
- After my apprenticeship, I studied for a master's degree in computer science at RWTH Aachen University and worked as a student assistant at MAGMA during this time.
- I have been a permanent software developer and trainer here since May 2023.

- The work on different projects is very varied.
- I am integrated into the various teams as a fully-fledged member.

- After my training as a mathematical-technical assistant from 2001 to 2003, I worked as a research assistant in the development department.
- Permanent employee since 2006 as a software developer
- Head of training for mathematical-technical software developers since 2010

- I became aware of MAGMA through an internet advertisement.
- In November 2010, I became a MAGMAner with a permanent position as a software developer.
- I have been Deputy Head of Development since 2023

- Simulation is an exciting career field for me.
- I was already involved in simulation at the WZL.
- I have the freedom to develop things.
- This is where personal initiative has an impact.
- I work as a developer in many different areas:
- Concept creation, further development, bug-fixing, customer support.
