You should consider which documents might be important for us. A CV, most recent work and degree certificates, grade point average - these are all meaningful and relevant documents for us. A letter of motivation in which you describe why you would like to work at MAGMA is also ideal.
You may find several positions interesting - that can happen, because we have many exciting opportunities for you. The best thing to do in such a case is to send us an unsolicited application and refer to all the job titles that interest you.
Of course, we'd love to. If there is no suitable position for you or you are not sure which job is right for you, send us an unsolicited application. We will then look together to see if we can find a place for you in the MAGMA team.
Applications are subject to data protection. We therefore treat your application as strictly confidential. If you do not find a suitable job with us, we will destroy your application documents in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (§ 35 Para. 2 No. 3).
Have you discovered an interesting vacancy at MAGMA? Send us your application online as a PDF by e-mail or by post. We will then check with our colleagues from the specialist department to see which team you would best fit into based on your skills and will get back to you within a week. If everything fits, we look forward to meeting you in person. If this goes well, you will get to know other MAGMAners in the second interview. You will then receive individual feedback from us on your application - and if we agree, we will see you at MAGMA soon.
Our interviews always take place in person - either directly on site or remotely. We want to give both you and us the opportunity to get to know each other. We don't follow a standardized interview process because we are fans of a relaxed conversation at eye level.
Even before you start with us, we will develop an individual induction plan together with your HR manager and your tutor, who will guide you through the first few weeks. The most important part of your induction is working together as equals and receiving regular feedback.
To make it as comfortable as possible for our new MAGMAners, we will provide you with a tutor. He or she will accompany you, especially on the first few days, until you find your feet and explain everything that is important to you at MAGMA.
