You should think about what documents might be important for us. A resume, your most recent work and degree certificates, and your GPA – these are all meaningful and relevant documents for us. A cover letter explaining why you want to work at MAGMA is also ideal.
You may be interested in more than one position – that can happen, as we have many exciting opportunities for you. The best thing to do in such a case is to send us an unsolicited application, mentioning all the job titles that interest you.
Of course, we'd love to hear from you. If there is no suitable position for you or you are not sure which position is the right one for you, please send us an unsolicited application. We will see if we can find a place for you in the MAGMA team.
Applications are subject to data privacy legislation. We therefore treat your application as strictly confidential. If you do not find a suitable position with us, we will destroy your application documents in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (section 35, paragraph 2, no. 3).
Have you found an interesting position at MAGMA? Send us your application by e-mail (PDF file) or by post. We will then check with our colleagues in the specialist department to see which team you would best fit into based on your skills and will get back to you within a week. If everything fits, we look forward to meeting you in person. If this goes well, you will meet other MAGMAners in a second interview. You will then receive individual feedback from us on your application – and if all goes well, we will see you at MAGMA soon.
Our interviews always take place in person – either directly on site or remotely. We want to give both you and us the opportunity to get to know each other. We don't follow a standardized interview process because we are fans of a relaxed conversation as equals.
Because we want to make sure in advance that you are a good fit for the team, potential team members and a member of the HR team will attend the interview.
Even before you join us, we will develop an individual onboarding plan together with your HR manager and your tutor, who will guide you through your first few weeks. The most important part of your onboarding process is working together as equals and receiving regular feedback.
To make our new MAGMAners feel as comfortable as possible, we will provide you with a tutor. He or she will help you, especially in the first few days, until you find your way around, and will explain everything you need to know at MAGMA.
